Angry Birds iPhone Apps Review

There is nothing more sweet, tender and sympathetic to a bird, right? Thus, the Finnish developer Rovio Mobile does not agree with this assumption, and Angry Birds represents their interpretation of the birds: anger, revenge and determined. The protagonists of the game of the moment, topped the charts in the App Store, they are actually fighting birds, which would be flattered if someone dares to annoy people and are willing to do anything to earn respect. .. also to become suicide bombers destructive explosives. Birds for diabetics say things such as: the product looks like Crazy Penguin Catapult Rovio terribly from Digital Chocolate, also available in the App Store for the same price (79 cents), but there are some differences that make the two titles "mosaic" rather than an alternative to the other.

Crazy Penguin Catapult Penguins are going to happen in suicide attacks and their targets are large polar bears, but the phase of "release" is separated from the "impact" and therefore not taken into account the element of "path "or is there a physical context and take into account inertial to adjust their shots.
Angry Birds In fact we see a unification of the two phases, with the birds that are released by a large "deep" and depending on the trajectory and maneuver force can achieve its objectives or not. These consist of green pigs that are often entrenched behind the buildings made of different materials, more or less resistant to attack, whose reactions are governed by different physics. For example, red birds 'basic' can break wooden boards, but not the stone, which can withstand more shocks. However, apparently a release might have guessed, in the moments after impact: perhaps the impact with the tree barricades the pigs may have caused a movement of the walls, which then end up falling apart by the occupiers.

Angry Birds numbers are certainly interesting, one hundred five stages in total, divided into five sites in each culminating in a "boss fight" in this particular case a complex in which victory must be obtained through a series of trial and error unavoidable. Pigs increasingly intelligent and tough, protective clothing that make them more difficult to remove and repair facilities within a little complicated, the walls can be demolished if implemented the right strategy.

The birds at our disposal are not the same, in fact: phase advance, which unlock new types that can "share" in the air to expand the impact area, to make "shots" that increase the signal, real or explode bombs down themselves. You can not decide the launch sequence, therefore, no need to improve the management of the battery that offers the game each time: the first bird can be used to quickly delete a target block, the following can be exploited for most of the damage due to its unique capabilities, and so on.

The "deep" from Angry Birds apps is powered by dragging with your fingers, and each screen shot is a path that can fly again, or can serve as a reference point for reaching targets higher or lower. It is also possible to zoom on stage to get an idea of distances and composition, whereas in the case of throwing the wrong level can be reset and start over (but clearly marked roads and disappear). The technical department of the game is excellent, with a basic sound graphic, but apt and vivid and colorful, which makes the sympathy of the "angry bird" his strong point.

StickWars 2

The battle of the stick figures is back with StickWars 2. StickWars 2 picks up where the original left off giving you classic castle defense on a touch screen device. Your main action is flicking the screen to rid the battlefield of enemies. As you progress you earn money to upgrade your castle with archers, wizards, and repairmen so you can handle the larger and stronger waves of stick enemies.

When the original was released it was the only Castle Defense game in town, and competed pretty well when Defend Your Castle made their iPhone version.  The original Stick Wars was the first castle defense game to make it to iOS devices, but is based off of Defend Your Castle which came a little bit later to the App Store. The first StickWars was released in April 2009, and a lot has changed in the iTunes App Store in that time so a sequel was necessary, but how does it compare against stiffer competition.

Ragdoll Blaster 2

The most important aspect of Ragdoll Blaster 2 is the level design, and this game doesn’t let us down. The new steampunk style really fits the game well. While the game may not be ideal for online scoring, as there is a set top score available for each group of levels, the integrated achievements are nicely done.
One feature we feel is missing from Ragdoll Blaster 2 is a level editor. While there is sufficient content to keep you occupied for some time, the ability to create, upload, and download more levels always improves the long-term value of physics games.

Even if you've never played the original, this game is a Must Have. Ragdoll Blaster 2 sets a new standard for projectile physics games, and any puzzle fan should launch themselves over to the App Store to pick this one up.

In May 2009, the original Ragdoll Blaster came out - a great, sketchy, hand drawn game in which you controlled the movement of a cannon to fire ragdoll figures at a target, within increasingly complex physically-modelled worlds.

To that extent, Ragdoll Blaster was the right game at the right time. It's bigger: now with 150 levels. All iPhone games are more polished, but even taking that into account, Ragdoll Blaster 2 doesn't have that freshness.
